Ive in my 2nd week of IP and have been talking to other graduates of IP who tried alt products while on the IP protocol. I tried the chocolate covered soy nuts tonight from proti-thin and loved them! I went to the nuasha nutrition site and got overwhelmed by all the different products lol. Can you tell me how to follow the IP protocol using the proti-thin or proti-diet products?
When I did my comparrisons, I found pics of the Ideal Protein nutrition boxes (cals/fat/carbs etc.) and mimicked those numbers as closely as possible with the alternatives I chose to use. I still drink EAS Shakes even though I’m not on any sort of diet anymore, they taste good, they are premade (see “fast”) and help take the edge off when I’m feeling particularly hungry.
