4 – 6 oz filets
1 Tablespoon of fresh ginger – grated 1/4 cup of soy sauce 2 tablespoons sesame oil 1 bunch scallions ( I’m from Louisiana – we use chopped green onion) your choice 1/4 teaspoon black pepper preheat oven to 425, place each filet on its own piece of aluminum foil – about 10 x 10. Combine all ingredients except for shallots in small mixing bowl, then spoon evenly on top of each filet. Add scallions then close foil securely. Place in baking dish into oven. Bake 10-12 minutes. |
