One Month Later

I cannot believe it has been a month since my last post.  Life is passing by way too fast!

The gym has been my companion 3-4 days a week, and the scale refused to budge.  I accept that.  I stared at the scale last week, 191.2.    So I decided to buy me some oranges, start drinking my protein shakes for breakfast instead of having cereal and moving on from there.  Yesterday I stepped on the scale, 190.2.  At least the scale is moving in the right direction.  I’m going to fight to get this weight off.  I’m going to fight because I’m worth it.  And I’m going to fight, because lord knows ain’t no one else going to fight this battle for me!

  1. Keep your head up & keep on pushing along!!! I myself am very frustrated as I lost 16 lbs on IP & after the holidays the thought of going back on the plan made me sick!! Now that I’ve gained most of it back I attempted the WonderSlim plan (because I could eat a piece of fruit & not feel like I’ve blown it!) & haven’t had much success. I work a desk job with odd hours & just can’t seem to get it right! I know I can’t give up even if the scale isn’t where I want it to be!!! Every day is a struggle & I’m patiently waiting for the day where there’s an easy way to do this!

I feel your pain! I’m looking at a new approach, it’s called the Overnight Diet, and I’m reading the book on it right now, basically a juice ‘feast’ day of all you can eat fruits and veggies blended up, followed by 6 days of high protein, slightly low carb. Unfortunately the book is like 250 pages long, so it’ll take me a few days to finish the book and then start the diet.
