BEEF & PEPPER STIR FRY
1 ½ lb. lean beef steak, sliced in thin strips 1 yellow pepper 1 orange pepper ½ tsp. Creole seasoning 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Sea salt, to taste 3-4 Tbsp. olive oil Heat olive oil in pan, to high temp. Add beef strips, stirring until just browned on both sides of sliced meat. Then add peppers and seasoning to meat. Turn heat to medium and continue stirring until peppers are tender crisp. |
